**FULL**2012 ROCKY HOCKEY 3 on 3 SPRING LEAGUE**FULL** …because the love of a game doesn’t have an “off
season”

the summer yet?
What: Just Games,
No Practices. All for fun 3 on 3. Novice and Atom Divisions ` When:
Once a week on Mondays. Your team will play two 30 minute 3 on 3 games against
two different teams each Monday. Runs every Monday from April 23- June 18th. ` Game Start Times: 415 or 515pm every Monday (depending on the division your team is seeded into,
you will be contacted once divisions are made.) ` Where:
Millennium Place, Sherwood Park ` Who: You and your buddies. Novice and Atom Age divisions ( or combination
of both). We will take the average skill level of the team and make divisions based on this so please be sure to include the
current division of EACH player on the registration form to ensure appropriate match ups occur. This is a pond hockey style
program intended for fun amongst friends of varying abilities who do not normaly get to play together in the winter time.
Please Note: Our Pee Wee 3 vs 3 is now part of our Pee Wee Skills & Conditioning Camp in August (see appropriate link
to the left). ` How: Gather 9 players plus a goalie to make a team. Give your team a crazy name to represent your team!Make
up silly names for your name bars to be your alter egos for this session. For example, we had a boys team named
the "Pink Panthers" who wore pink jerseys and had name bars that read "Porky" , "Medium Rare",
"Pepto-Bismol"... you get the idea! It is all just for fun so you pick your "theme" as a team , and name
bars from there. Beg one of your parents to serve as your “coach” /contact person for the team.
We will need one adult volunteer each game to bring their skates incase we need them to lace ‘em up and keep things
moving out there J We will provide a referee for each game, but one extra is always good just
incase! Submit your team roster and contact person information by filling out the 3 on 3 team
registration form tab to the left ( on our web site www.rockyhockey.ca ) or emailing roster info to info@rockyhockey.ca . Please include the name and level that EACH player on your team played at this
winter ( ie Novice A, Novice B, Atom AA etc.)for game matching purposes. We will contact your leader with confirmation
of team submission . Coaches meeting, game schedule , name bar selections and more information will follow once your team is
confirmed . TEAM SUBMISSION DEADLINE IS MARCH 31st.
There is a maximum number of teams that we can accommodate so it is first come first serve. NB: This program filled in less than a week last year so if you really want to play, get on your buddies
right away so you dont miss the boat! The Fine Print: Cost will be $210/player
for the session ; this includes team jersey and name bars. We have a maximum number of teams we can take; it will be first
come first serve; and we will match team categories based on skill level. First teams get first pick of available team
jersey colours. We will do the best we can to match alike teams by skill level each game so nobody gets slaughtered, ‘cuz
that is just no funJ
